These terms govern your use of cleunderground.com and purchases from Cleveland Underground. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from the site.
Store and checkout
The custom storefront displays products and inventory supplied by Shopify. Checkout, payment processing, taxes, shipping selections, order records, refunds, and fulfillment tools are provided through Shopify and its service providers. You must provide accurate and complete order and delivery information.
Products, prices, and availability
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Product colors and appearance may vary by screen. Inventory is not reserved until checkout is completed, and availability may change without notice. We may correct obvious pricing or description errors and cancel or refund an affected order.
Orders
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order; it does not guarantee acceptance. We may limit quantities or cancel an order for suspected fraud, payment failure, inventory error, resale activity, sanctions restrictions, or an incorrect price. If a paid order is canceled, the charge will be refunded to the original payment method.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit malicious code, scrape it at disruptive volume, impersonate another person, use stolen payment information, or use the store for unlawful activity.
Intellectual property
The Cleveland Underground name, artwork, site design, photographs, graphics, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Cleveland Underground. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the store for personal shopping.

Shopify, payment providers, carriers, and other third parties operate under their own terms and policies. Cleveland Underground is not responsible for third-party systems outside its reasonable control.
Disclaimers and liability
The site and products are provided to the fullest extent permitted by law without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Cleveland Underground is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that applicable consumer law does not allow us to waive.
