Shipping Policy

Shipping options, charges, and destination availability are shown during Shopify checkout before you place an order.

Processing

Most in-stock orders are prepared within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Limited drops, made-to-order items, severe weather, carrier interruptions, and high-volume periods may require additional time. If a product has a different lead time, the product page or order communication controls.

Rates and delivery estimates

Available services and shipping charges are calculated at checkout using the order and destination. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays after handoff are outside our direct control, but we will help investigate a shipment when possible.

Addresses

Review the shipping address before submitting payment. Contact us immediately if it is incorrect. We cannot guarantee an address change after fulfillment begins. Additional shipping charges caused by an incomplete, refused, or incorrect address may be deducted from a refund or charged before reshipment.

Tracking, loss, and damage

Tracking is sent to the email or phone supplied at checkout when available. If tracking shows delivery but the package cannot be located, check with household members, neighbors, the delivery location, and the carrier before contacting us. Report a damaged, missing, or incorrect item promptly with the order number and clear photos when applicable.

International orders

If international delivery is offered at checkout, the recipient is responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, and local restrictions unless checkout states otherwise. Customs delays are not included in carrier estimates.
